dilemna..

i am now in a middle of a dilemna on whether to resign or not in my organization..,and i am having a hard time dealing with it..,i feel that i am not responsible enough because i can't comply to some of the things that i am required and expected to..,i have a lot of things to do on my own and on my organization but it seems that time and chance are not cooperating with me..,that is why i am thinking to give up my position and give it to a person who is more deserving than me...,but i don't want to fail the people who put me in my position,and i don't want to humiliate my co-officers in my college to the central unit..,ahh...what will i do??
